This shrimp and basil spaghetti squash. It's brimming with garlic and crisp basil that the shrimp is cooked in, at that point simply include some cooked squash and it's prepared to eat!

I found this is my preferred method to cook spaghetti squash since it turns out flawless inevitably and in not more than minutes. You cut and clean two squashes (4 half pieces) and spot them in the Instant Pot alongside 1 cup of water. Close the top and weight cook for 5 minutes. It's as simple as that. This is sufficient for 2 suppers for my family. I've even placed some in a baggie and solidified for some other time.

This supper is sound and ideal for lowcarb diet. I adore that it's so natural and requires some investment. I trust you appreciate this as much as we did.

With a cooked spaghetti squash you can make this shrimp & basil spaghetti squash dinner in only 15 minutes! The garlicky basil shrimp add so much flavor to the spaghetti squash.


  • 12 oz shrimp, raw and peeled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups spaghetti squash, cooked


  1. In a large saute pan, add the oil and garlic. Saute a minute until fragrant.
  2. Add in the shrimp and saute for about 5 minutes until pink. Add in the basil and stir for 1 minute to coat the shrimp.
  3. Next add in your butter and then the squash. Cook for another minute or two and you are done.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
