We adore it on our burgers, sandwiches , rolls , wraps and goes well as a snappy plunge with fries of any sort. 

This 3 fixing executioner vegetarian burger sauce is comprised of veggie lover mayonnaise , yellow mustard and sriracha (hot sauce). That is about it. I generally have these three supplied up in my storeroom since they are so adaptable.

VEGAN BURGER SAUCE #food #Burger

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup olive oil / canola oil
  • 1/2 cup soy milk/ almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • Salt to taste.

Instructions :
  1. Place all the above ingredients in a bowl and with immersion hand blender blend for 2-3 minutes until emulsified.
  2. Alternatively you can blend them in your blender too.
  3. Taste test and adjust seasoning .
  4. Consistency- Blend until it thickens like thick coconut milk . 
  5. Refrigerate 3-4 hours before use. It will thicken more in the fridge.
  6. Shelf life is up to a week .
